Letters of permission regarding chosen track

This is a screengrab of the email I had sent to the artist, requesting to use their track. It was sent multiple times as well as me having emalied her on a different site accessed from unsigned.com Despite not hearing any reply from the people we had emailed, we continued with using the track anyway as it was only being used for educational purposes to begin with.
Photographs of chosen Locations
These show photographs of our chosen locations, the first 3 photos are that were taken of a park, in which both the flashbacks of gift giving, and arguments will take place. We thought it would bring a naturally romantic vibe as a setting in our video, as well as filming there on two separate occasions showing it to have some significant history for the both of them.
This is were we filmed the introduction of our song to. It was filmed at my house, and provided the perfect setting that we could use multiple jump cuts from different places and different events such as brushing hair or turning on a tap.
These pictures were taken at a bus stop as well as outside a house on Freshwater road. It was perfect to show the progression of a journey of Zara by having her make her way to the bus stop.
Photographs of chosen Actors
These show photographs of our chosen actors, both Zara and Jordan who will act as the childhood romance in our music video. We chose them as they were both keen and willing to be a part of the video. Also as Zara is a member of our group, it makes it easier for her to understand what to do as an actress as she already knows what is to be expected in our video.

Storyboard
This is an animation of the Storyboard of our chosen video, it shows a stage of events that occurs throughout the verse, and choruses of our chosen song as well as the actual track playing in the background. (However, the sound does overlap hence the extended length of video with no visuals/audio)This Storyboard however, fails to take into account the introduction of the song as what we had decided to do in those 17 seconds of intro had been different.
This shows the original sketches of the storyboard, the final product was not a true reflection of this however as when actually being faced with the settings ands considering what the audience might find "entertaining" we thought up different scenarios and use of shots that would appeal to the audience more.

Treatment of our music video (Final)
Treatment for our music video
This is the finalized result of our treatment, with multiple changes regarding the narrative of our video through it's development, this is what we had decided on and hoped to replicate in our music video. The changes mainly take place during the first verse of the song where we had decided to change to narrative completely from what we had originally planned. Unlike previous treatments, the final shows that Zara wakes up to find a photograph of her and Jordan together, which acts as the trigger to her flashbacks.
Treatment of our music video (2nd draft)
Treatment for our music video
This is our treatment in it's 2nd stage of development, it changes quite a few ideas from the original, as we thought some of the concepts from the narrative parts of our video would appeal more to the audience if we tried to relate it to them a bit better.
